¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant seeking direction to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 12, Jaunpur to decide the Complaint Case No. 229 of 2021 (Mamta Yadav Vs. Surjeet Yadav and others), under Sections 147, 406, 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Madiyahun, District Jaunpur within specific period.

¶3Vide order dated 18.09.2023 report was called from the concerned Presiding Officer with regard to the present status of complaint dated 22.06.2021 filed by the complainant. In compliance thereof, the learned Magistrate submitted a report dated 29.09.2023 observing that dates were fixed in the matter on

14.8.2023 and 19.09.2023 but neither complainant nor his counsel appeared.

¶4In compliance, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant does not want to press this application. Therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
