¶2Heard Shri Amit Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Dhruv Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 27.06.2023 in Case Crime No. 0318 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Didauli, District Amroha.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 317 of 2023 has been filed on 15.08.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
