¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.07.2023 in Case Crime No. 0138 of 2023, under Sections 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Cant., District Prayagraj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 104 of 2023 has been filed on 05.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
