Authorized Officer, State Bank of India within some stipulated period. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. In view of the order proposed to be passed, the writ petition is being disposed of, at this stage, without calling counter affidavit, in terms of the Rules of the Court. Taking into account the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, without entering into merits of the case, a direction is issued upon respondent no. 1 to decide the appeal of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
