¶1Sri Sudhanshu Pandey, learned counsel for the informant has supplied a copy of the notice and message sent on Whatsapp, which was duly received, to learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the case shall be taken up in the first call. The same is taken on record.

¶2No one is present on behalf of the petitioner.

¶3Heard Sri Sudhanshu Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶4Present petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 5.10.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 934 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 507 IPC, Police Station Cantt, District Gorakhpur.

¶5No one is present on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition in spite of service of notice.

¶6In such view of the matter, present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
