¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.3 to decide the objection of the petitioner dated 2.08.2021 supposedly against the exercise being undertaken for determination of compensation in lieu of acquisition of the land of the petitioner under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

¶2In the writ petition, the petitioner has not disclosed the date of notification under Section 6 of the Act nor there is any specific averment that no award has been made so far.
