¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to release compensation amount in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of the award made by the State for having acquired the land under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

¶2Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 submits that the compensation amount has to be released by A.D.M., F.&R., who has not been impleaded as a party to the instant petition.

¶3We find the objection to be valid. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-joinder of necessary party with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. (Donadi Ramesh, J.)
