¶1Sri Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the informant on the first date had stated that he had filed caveat in the present case along with his Vakalatnama, the same is not on record.

¶2Office is directed to trace and place the same on record.

¶3Present petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 10.7.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 256 of 2023, under Sections 147, 406, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) and 3(1)(dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Prayagraj.

¶4On 28.8.2023 learned counsel for the parties including Sri Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the informant were present when the matter was referred to mediation centre of this Court.

¶5As per mediation centre report dated 13.10.2023 the amount of Rs. 50,000/- as directed by this Court has not been deposited before the mediation centre till date.

¶6In such view of the matter, interim order, if any, stands vacated.
