¶1The petitioner has preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the prayer to direct the /Judge Small Causes Court Varanasi to decide the S.C.C. Suit No.37 of 2008 (Rajendra Prasad Pathak Vs. Anoop Kumar Kanodi and another) expeditiously.

¶2Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a report has been submitted by the Presiding Officer/Judge Small Causes Court Varanasi on 17.10.2023 which is already on record.

¶3It is stated in the report that since the matter is very old, the Presiding Officer/Judge Small Causes Court Varanasi is trying his best to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4In view of the undertaking given by the Presiding Officer/Judge Small Causes Court Varanasi itself, no orders is required to be passed in the matter.
