¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite Party No. 2.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicants seeking stay of arrest pursuant to FIR dated 5.8.2023.

¶3On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicants submits that now after culmination of investigation chargesheet has been submitted. Therefore, cause of filing of this applicant has lost its efficacy and the same has become infructuous.
