¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2The applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this court on

12.09.2023.

¶3Counsel for the informant, Sri Mukesh Joshi, has appeared but has not filed any counter affidavit.

¶4Learned A.G.A has also not filed any counter affidavit.

¶5Counsel for the applicant submits that on account of lodging of FIR, the relation between the parties have deteriorated to the extent that there is no possibility of marriage between the parties now.

¶6In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicant by this court on 12.09.2023 is hereby confirmed.
