¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no.3 to rectify/revise the salary of petitioner by adding all applicable benefits of 6th and 7th Pay Commission for the concerned post including all necessary increments and also provide the arrears thereof forthwith."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3, namely, District Panchayat Raj Officer look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 27.06.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order in the light of the relevant regularization rules.
