¶1The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred against the order dated 30.07.2023 passed by the Trial Court in exercise of powers under Section 319 Cr.P.C., whereby the applicant has been summoned as an additional accused.

¶2On the matter being taken up, Mr. Akhilesh Chandra Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant dos not want to press this application. Therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to such a prayer.

¶4In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file criminal revision.
