¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a mandamus directing respondent no 5, i.e. Project Manager/Engineer, Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited, Railway Prayagraj to pay four times the amount as compensation to the petitioners for having taken over their land.

¶2It seems that the compensation amount payable to the petitioners has been determined by the Committee headed by ADM, Finance & Revenue, in terms of G.O. dated 12.5.2016. The said order is not under challenge.

¶3Therefore, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said order, if so advised.
