Along with the instructions, a copy of the stay order passed by the labour court dated 13.06.2023 has been annexed, perusal of which shows that on the basis of the recall application moved by the respondent - employer, recovery has been stayed. Confronted with the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
