The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that her representation filed for compensation under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna claiming compensation for the death of her husband is still pending since last two months. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Shahajahanpur that in case, the petitioners make a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Shahajahanpur within fifteen days from today, the same shall be decided by the District Magistrate, Shahajahanpur within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation.
