This writ petition has been filed to direct the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ballia, respondent no.2 to ensure the hearing of Revision No.786/801(Jagdish and others Vs. Akhilanand and others) filed under Section 48 (1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 and decide the same within stipulated period. Taking note that before Authority concerned, on various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work, therefore, petitioner is directed to appear himself or through his Advocate and shall not take any adjournment on each and every date, whenever the case is listed.
