¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks following relief:-

iii). This Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent no.3 to decided the representation of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.

¶3The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed an application on 01.09.2023 before the third respondent, which is pending consideration.
