The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that respondent nos. 4 and 5 are interfering in the operation of the brick industry of the petitioner. The dispute in the present petition does not involve any question of public law so as to require any examination by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner has the remedy to institute appropriate proceedings before the concerned civil court. The petition is dismissed. The petitioner may exercise any other remedy available to him in law.
