This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early disposal of Case No. 460 of 2017and Misc. Case No. 26 of 2022 (Sanju Devi Vs. Maan Singh Yadav), under Section 20(6) of Domestic Violence Act, arising out of Complaint Case No. 191 of 2011, under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Police Station - Bharthana, District - Etawah, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Etawah. Considering the fact that the cases has remained pending since 2017 and 2022. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid cases in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
