¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The petitioner has prayed for following reliefs :- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents to consider and decide the application of the petitioner forthwith, within stipulated time.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents not to disturb peaceful possession of the petitioner over the Gata No. 196-Ka, situated at Muaja-Chak Zameen Mahjooba, Tehsil-Sirathu, District-Kaushambi."

¶3In pith and substance, learned counsel for the petitioner is confined his prayer that his application/suit proceedings under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration and the same may be decided expeditiously.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that, in case, any such matter is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.

¶5Considering the facts and circumstances and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of asking the authority concerned to decide the application/suit proceedings under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a period of three months without according unnecessary adjournments to the parties, from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
