In the present petition, the petitioners complained that they are being physically and mentally harassed by respondent nos. 4 to 7 and requires security for which they have submitted a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Mathura. It has been stated that no action is being taken by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mathura on the different representations of the petitioners bringing to his notice the harassment meted out to the petitioners. The petitioners may submit a fresh representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mathura seeking security from respondent nos. 4 to 7 within fifteen days from today bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who on receipt of the said representation shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within the next period of one month depending on his decision on the representation of the petitioners.
