¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Sri Abrar Ahmad, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present petition is cognizable by Central Administrative Tribunal as the postal department and department of communication are notified under Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

¶3In view of the above, this Court declines to grant indulgence in the matter.

¶4Liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before the Central Administrative Tribunal, if so advised.
