The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that he has been illegally asked to close his bookstall at the Bhadohi Railway Station. In this context, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 26.4.2023 to the Senior Divisional Manager (Commercial) Northern Railway, Lucknow. The issues raised in the present case have to be decided by the Divisional Manager (Commercial) Northern Railway, Lucknow. In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the Divisional Manager (Commercial) Northern Railway, Lucknow that in case, the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the Divisional Manager (Commercial) Northern Railway, Lucknow within fifteen days from today, the same shall be decided by the Divisional Manager (Commercial) Northern Railway, Lucknow within a period of two months from the date of filing the representation.
