¶1Heard Ms Archana Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Padmakar Rai, learned AGA for the State.

¶2Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that against the ex parte order dated 16.02.2022 passed u/s 125 Cr.P.C. on the application of opposite party no.2, applicant has filed recall application dated 16.03.2022. The same is still pending before the court for disposal and during pendency of that application, recovery warrant has been issued against the applicant.

¶3Considering the aforesaid submission, Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut is directed to decide the application dated 16.03.2022 of the applicant in Misc. Case No.60 of 2022, u/s 126(2) Cr.P.C., within a period of one month.

¶4For a period of one month, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant.
