The applicant was enlarged on interim bail for the period of three months by this Court vide order dated 28.2.2020. Before the trial court, the statement of the victim has already been recorded. In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 28.2.2023 passed by this Court is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions as given in earlier interim order dated 28.2.2023 during prendency of trial. Bail application is allowed.
