¶1Sri Diwan Saifullah Khan, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not wish to press this application. He has also prayed that this application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse at appropriate forum.

¶3The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
