Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. The instant writ petition is being filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- Relief No.1-Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the concerned respondent lodged the first information report of the petitioner against the respondent nos.4 to 9/accused persons. In case, the first information report is not being lodged as is the grievance of the petitioner, his remedy lies by means of an application moved under section-156(3) Cr.P.C. before the concerned Magistrate. Under the above circumstances, the petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy, which the petitioner may, in case, so advised, avail for redressal of his grievance.
