¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed seeking following main relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 i.e. Collector Jhansi to pass appropriate order on the application of the petitioner dated 17.8.2023 (Annexure No.8 to the writ petition)."

¶3Perused the representation annexed along with the writ petition.

¶4Petitioner has grievances with the allotment of patta in favour of the respondents.

¶5Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that in case petitioner has grievance with the allotment of patta in favour of the respondents, she may approach the competent authority by moving an appropriate application for cancellation of the same under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶6In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶7Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to initiate the proper proceedings for cancellation of patta under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Order Date :- 18.10.2023 Rishabh [Manish Kumar Nigam, J.] High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
