The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 07.08.2023 in Case Crime No.298 of 2023, under Sections-323, 324, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Partapur, District-Meerut. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and have entered into a compromise, which have been reduced to writing. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties may produce the said compromise before the Investigating Officer, who shall consider the same and, thereafter proceed strictly in accordance with law.
