¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the respondent no. 2 enforce his order dated 15.06.2022 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer Tehsil Jakhaniya District Ghazipur, in case No. 2566 of 2020, Computer case No. T202014290502566 (Jagdhari Vs. Gaon Sabha and others), Under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code and fixed the pillar and put the petitioners in possession within stipulated period of time."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that alternative remedy is available to the petitioner of filing an application under Section 23(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4Since, alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case, the petitioner moves an appropriate application under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, before the concerned authority, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. Order Date :- 18.10.2023 Ved Prakash (Manish Kumar Nigam, J.)
