Petitioner's husband, who was Draft Man in Agriculture Department, had died 4th September, 2011 while in service, however no retirement dues can be paid to the petitioner on account of certain dispute as to the succession and so also resultantly petitioner has not been paid family pension. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that succession certificate made available only on 14th May, 2022 which has been submitted by the petitioner on 8th June, 2023 and now recommendation has been made to grant clearance by the Additional Director Agriculture (Administration) U.P. Krishi Bhwan, Lucknow, so that payment can be made. This recommendation has been made by the Soil Conservation Officer, Balrampur under his letter order dated 16th June, 2023. Let Additional Director Agriculture (Administration), U.P. Krishi Bhawan, Lucknow pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order in the light of the recommendations made by the Soil Conservative Officer, Balrampur dated 16th June, 2023.
