¶1Heard Sri Ram Raj Prajapati, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding and directing the Tehsildar, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur to ensure the compliance of the order dated 14.02.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Badlapur, District Jaunpur and demarcate the area of arazi no. 220 by fixing pillar on the boundary situated at village Rabhanipur, Pargana Rari, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur within short stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."

¶3At the very outset, learned Standing counsel for State respondents came up with specific instructions which is taken on record through which it transpired that order dated 14.02.2023 has already been complied with on dated 15.10.2023 in presence of petitioner over the plot in question and as such grievance of petitioner has already been redressed and no cause of action further survives for petitioner to pursue the instant petition.
