This writ petition has been filed against the provisional assessment order. The provisional assessment order itself provides that the petitioner may reply to the provisional assessment notice. Learned counsel for the Electricity Department, however, states that a final assessment order had been passed on 11.08.2023. In view of the above statement of the counsel for the Electricity Department, the writ petition is dismissed and a liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final assessment order.
