¶1Grievance of the petitioners is that their application seeking mutation is pending since 03.09.2015.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the application of the petitioner would be decided within a month.

¶3In view of above submission made by learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, the present petition is disposed of expecting the authority to pass appropriate order within a month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
