¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel and Sri Nitesh Patel, Advocate holding brief of Sri Udit Chandra, learned counsel for the Electricity Department.

¶2This writ petition has been filed against a recovery notice dated

24.8.2023 and against the disconnection of the petitioner's electricity .

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would pay off the electricity dues of Rs.2,12,547/- within a period of two months.

¶4In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to deposit the entire amount demanded from him i.e. Rs.2,12,547/- within a period of two months. Further, if the petitioner deposits Rs.50,000/- with the Electricity Department within a period of ten days, then the electricity connection of the petitioner shall be restored.
