In compliance of the order dated 03.10.2023 passed by this Court, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Mau, has send a report dated 09.10.2023, according to which trial has been concluded on 27.09.2019, therefore, the present bail has become infructuous.
