¶1As per status report send by the trial court, the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C., has already been recorded.

¶2The trial is pending for recording of the defense evidence and defense has sought adjournment.

¶3The trial court is trying to conclude the trial at the earliest.

¶4In view of the above, this court finds that it is not a fit case for granting bail to the applicant at this stage.

¶5The bail application is accordingly, rejected.

¶6Trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the applicant as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months.
