Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that an understanding has reached between the petitioners and respondent nos. 4 to 8 and now the private respondents are agreed to recognize marriage of the petitioners, who have already attained the age of majority, therefore, right now the petitioners are not apprehending danger from private respondents and the petitioners want to withdraw this writ petition with permission of the Court.
