¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Shiv Saran Sharma, learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶3The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vyasmuni Sharma, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 272 of 2022, under Sections-302, 323, 324, 504, 506, 427, 120-B IPC and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station-Pipraich, District-Gorakhpur.

¶4There is allegation against the applicant of causing murder of his own brother regarding dispute of property.

¶5This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage.

¶6The bail application is accordingly, rejected.
