¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶3The applicant was enlarged on interim bail by the order dated

21.08.2023.

¶4Subsequently, the parties have entered into compromise which has been filed before the court below. The statement of the victim has been recorded before the trial court on 14.09.2023 wherein she has stated that now there is dispute between them and has been settled. She is living with her husband, the applicant, happily in her matrimonial home and has daughter aged about six months. Along with supplementary affidavit the certified copy of the compromise and statement of the victim has been brought on record.

¶5In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicant by the order dated 21.08.2023 is hereby confirmed.
