¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with the prayer to direct the concerned court to decide the proceedings of Sessions Trial No.720 of 2023 (State Vs. Surjeet Singh and 3 others), arising out of Case Crime No. 61 of 2023, under Sections 504, 506 and 302 IPC, Police Station Tehrauli, District Jhansi, pending in the court of District and Sessions Judge, Jhansi.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the present case, applicant is the first informant and charges against the accused persons have been framed on

17.10.2023 however since then, trial has been pending disposal and the same has not yet been concluded.

¶4In view of the above, learned court below is expected to make all endeavours to conclude the aforesaid trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in concluding the aforesaid trial.
