This appeal under Section 14A(1) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed against the cognizance order dated 16.10.2019 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Kushi Nagar at Padrauna in S.S.T. No.414 of 2019 (State Vs. Nenhey and others) arising out of Case Crime No.53 of 2019, under Sections 323, 504, 308, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (Da), 3(1) (Dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Ram Kola, District Kushi Nagar. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the appellants want to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within one month from today and move an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
