¶2The applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this court on

¶3No objection has been filed either by informant or the state.

¶4For the reasons given in the interim order dated 12.09.2023 and in the absence for any objection, interim bail granted to the applicant by this court on 12.09.2023 is hereby confirmed.

¶5The bail application is allowed.
