¶2The applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this court on

¶3Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A and counsel for the informant.

¶4In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicant by this court on 13.09.2023 is hereby confirmed.

¶5The bail application is allowed.
