This appeal under Section 14A(1) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been preferred against the summoning order dated 03.02.2023 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Hamirpur in Special Case No.214 of 2023, State Vs. Vivek Singh alias Bhola and another, arising out of charge-sheet No.369 of 2022 dated 06.11.2022 in Case Crime No.449 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)Va, 3(1) Da and 3(1) Dha of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Sumerpur, District Hamirpur. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the appellants want to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within one month from today and move an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
