¶1At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that on account of some defect in the application, the applicants do not want to press this application. Therefore, they may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application.

¶2In view of the submission made by Mr. R.B. Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants at the bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
