¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA for the State-opposite parties and perused the material available on record.

¶2This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed against the orders dated 25.06.2022 passed by the J.M. First Gyanpur Bhadohi in Complaint Case No. 391 of 2017, CNR No. UPSN04-002373-2017 (Rajkumari Vs. Gulabdhar and others) and 31.05.2023 passed by the Sessions Judge Bhadohi in Criminal Revision No. 98 of 2022 (Gulabdhar and others Vs. State of U.P. and another).

¶3It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the complaint case filed by the petitioner's mother has not been finally decided by the revisional court and the trial court has been directed to pass order on the complaint case in the light of the observations made in the judgment of the Revision No. 98 of 2022.

¶4The petitioner has opportunity to raise argument before the concerned Magistrate for passing the summoning order. There is no ground to pass any order under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
