The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Criminal Case No. 7097 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 102 of 2022, under Sections 323, 506 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Muzaffar Nagar, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffar Nagar, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
