1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to expedite Case No. 512 of 2017 (Shabnam Bano Vs. Naseem Javed), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Sadar, District Jaunpur, pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-III, Jaunpur.

¶3Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is wife of opposite party no.2 and she has instituted proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and same is pending since 2017. More than 5 years have been passed, but the same has yet not been decided so far.

¶4Considering the submissions advanced by counsel for the applicant, the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-III, Jaunpur is directed to conclude the proceedings of Case No. 512 of 2017 (Shabnam Bano Vs. Naseem Javed), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Sadar, District Jaunpur, in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of service of certified copy of this order.
